Biden's New World Order

Regular readers of CHQ will be familiar with our concerns about the self-defeating policies

Joe Biden is pursuing in the Middle East, as explained in our articles Biden Working Against Himself In The Middle East and Biden Moves To Set The Mideast On Fire Again.

But it now appears that Mr. Biden’s policies are not merely the errors of a bungler who, as former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates put it, has "been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades," they are a complete betrayal of our traditional allies in favor of a new world order, with Communist China and the Islamic Republic of Iran in leading roles.

As our friend Sara Carter reported, when a reporter asked the White House press secretary Jen Psaki if the Biden administration still considers Israel and Saudi Arabia as “important allies,” she could not say.

“I know that you’re saying that things are still under review, including policies like the Abraham Accords, but could please just give us a broad sense of what the administration is trying to achieve in the Middle East?” the reporter asked Psaki, then specifically inquiring, “does the administration consider the Saudis and the Israelis important allies?”

“I think […] there are ongoing processes and internal, interagency processes, one we, that I think, confirmed during an interagency meeting last week to discuss a range of issues in the Middle East,” Psaki replied.

“We’ve only been here three and a half weeks,” she added, “and I think I’m gonna let those policy processes see themself through before we give kind of a complete lay-down of what our national security approaches will be to a range of issues.”

However, in those three and a half weeks Joe Biden did find time to remove the Iranian-backed Houthis from the list of American-designated terrorist organizations. And no sooner had Biden done so than the Houthis attacked civilian targets in Saudi Arabia.

Biden’s policies mark a return to the Obama – Biden policies of creating the Islamic Republic of Iran as the new Muslim hegemon in the Middle East, where the nuclear armed America-hating ayatollahs will dominate the world’s most important oil producing region and use their oil wealth to export their brand of Sharia Supremacism through fire and sword.

And, Mr. Biden did find time to speak with Communist China’s leader Xi Jinping for “two straight hours.”

After the call Biden observed Communist China is going to “eat our lunch” if “we don’t get moving.” However, rather than confronting the Communist Chinese economic and military threat, Biden is moving in the opposite direction.

How else to interpret Joe Biden’s decision to withdraw a Trump-era rule aimed at imposing reporting requirements on educational institutions that harbor Confucius Institutes — Chinese government-connected organizations that are ostensibly cultural centers but have drawn widespread concern that they are spreading pro-China propaganda.

Immigration Customs and Enforcement confirmed to Fox News that the rule ‒ first reported by Axios as a last-minute effort by the Trump administration ‒ was withdrawn on Jan. 26. The rule would have required schools to report whether they have relationships with Confucius Institutes.

"Confucius Institutes are front groups for the Chinese Communist Party on American campuses," Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., said of the rule's withdrawal. "The federal government ought to shut down these regime-run institutes or, at a minimum, require colleges to disclose their secret agreements with them. Instead, the Biden administration is allowing a foreign influence operation to continue in the shadows."

And even more worrying, on his first day in office, Mr. Biden suspended a Trump-era order barring the installation of Communist Chinese-produced equipment in the U.S. bulk power grid, thereby opening the nation’s electric infrastructure to Chinese attacks.

Principled limited government constitutional conservative Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) got it right when she told WTMA Radio, “China is not our friend.” “They are our adversary. They practice civil-military fusion. You never know where one piece ends and the other begins. Huawei needs to continue to be blocked. We do not need them in the systems of the USA or our allies.

”We need to continue to have this administration support the clean network plan that Secretary (Mike) Pompeo had in place because China is on 21st century global domination. The sooner President Biden realizes that, the sooner he admits this and stands up against the Chinese Communist Party, the better off this country, our innovators and our manufacturers will be,” Senator Blackburn concluded.

Communist China is Iran’s most important trading partner, keeping its economy afloat by ignoring sanctions against the Islamic Republic and making billions of dollars of oil purchases. By denigrating our relationship with Israel and Saudi Arabia and empowering the Islamic Republic of Iran and Communist China President Biden is setting in motion the creation of a new world order dominated by two of the world’s most expansionist and authoritarian states.

This new Biden world order, fueled by Iranian oil exported to Communist China and the placement of Chinese military and surveillance equipment in western infrastructure, including American educational institutions and our power and telecommunications grid, all but assures Iranian domination of the Middle East and Chinese domination of the world and its economy.
