Good Afternoon Conservative Leader/Activist,
Recently, 73 Republican lawmakers (House and Senate members) sent a follow up letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland fuming about his inaction and stonewalling regarding thousands of non-citizens still on state voter rolls across the country.
When the group first wrote Garland in July, he blew them off. As the nation’s top cop, Garland instead has spent his time suing states to keep questionable voters on their rolls and blocking efforts to require government issued ID to vote in federal elections.
Conservatives and other concerned Americans who fear allowing non-citizens to vote this November will help the Democrats steal the 2024 elections are needed to turn the heat up on AG Garland to enforce election law that bars non-citizens from voting in federal elections.
There’s plenty of evidence for Garland to take action to protect election integrity:
218,000 Arizona non-citizens attempted to register to vote in 2022.
In 2024 Virginia removed 6,303 non-citizens from its voter rolls.
In 2024 Texas has removed 6,500 non-citizens from its voter rolls.
North Carolina removed over 747,000 “ineligible” voters from state voter rolls over the past 20 months.
With Kamala Harris cheering on, 198 Democrats voted against the SAVE Act (a bill requiring a government approved ID to vote in federal elections) essentially giving the “green light” to illegal aliens to decide our next presidential election. Apparently, Merrick Garland also has no problem with this.

Contact your Congressman and US Senators and strongly urge them to demand AG Garland enforce election law that bars non-citizens from voting in federal elections.
